Death Drive combines four works from Dreamwreck which articulate the destructive elements that are intrinsically tied to the experience of meaning, love and pleasure in our lives. The idea of the death drive comes from psychoanalysis. Faced with destructive behaviour and elements in our psychological experience which seem to work against us, Freud inferred the idea of an essentially destructive instinct that underlies human psychology.
